Families with more than two children have some particular challenges. We should know because we have three small children who at December 2012 are 10, 8, and 6 years old. Accommodations tend to be one of the biggest challenges because many, many hotel rooms these days limit number of guests in one room to 4, including children of any age.
Transportation is another problem…the rental car must be a mini-van and two cabs are standard. Amusement park rides can also pose some problems. Resources for families of 5 or more seem to be rather scarce with just a few regularly updated websites currently being published.
